I have been very fortunate to  hold previous positions in other professional fields, such as Legal, Construction and Licensing. Currently maintaining a hands on position in the construction/renovation field.  Which allows me to pass on all of my knowledge on the real details of property build.  And all of these positions, together, have given me the knowledge and advantage of understanding the other aspects of Real Estate, beyond the general real estate services and transaction itself (Offer to Purchase, Listing Contract).
